By booking a stay with us, you accept the following conditions:
Booking & Payment: Depending on the selected rate, prepayment may be required. “Non-refundable” offers cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded. A credit card may be requested as a guarantee, with payment due on arrival.
Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival (excluding non-refundable rates). In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full stay will be charged.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out before 12:00 p.m.
Responsibility: The hotel commits to providing the reserved services, except in cases of force majeure.
Applicable Law: In the event of a dispute, French law applies.
House Rules: The property is under video surveillance. In the event of a breach of the house rules (inappropriate behavior, disturbances, disrespect towards other guests or staff), the management reserves the right to immediately evict the individuals involved. The rest of the stay will be cancelled without any refund.
